Removed esame-get-config-boot.service as a requirement from some services (it is not needed anymore as esame-configurator target is reached before any other target at boot time).

Runtime parameters change had to depend on esame-get-config-boot service instead.
FIX2: firefox home set at runtime now kill every firefox instance before update firefox config file.
